You need a variety of healthy fats to be a functioning happy human, and to lose fat. #1mistake I see: 1 tablespoon of olive oil contains 100cals, so if youโ€™re trying to lose weight.. stop pouring olive oil on everything.๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Fat contains 9 calories per gram, vs the 4 calories per gram that protein and carbs contain. So if fatloss is your goal, you do need to be aware that you could potentially put yourself in a caloric surplus easily without realizing it. This would stall your fatloss goal because youโ€™ll be over consuming your caloric needs for weight loss.

Counting macros (flexible dieting) ensures that you are consistent and consuming the right amount for your goals.
