Common Weight loss Mistakes

Yooo.. common weight loss mistake👙👎🏼 Diets being too restrictive. STAAP THE BS. I see is people drastically cutting out unhealthy foods and only eating “clean” healthy foods. #BreadIsNotTheDevil

While I do think a diet should consist primarily of healthy foods, you should still be able to treat yourself and enjoy foods you like! 💅🏼 #ShockingIknow

Dieting isn’t about what foods you can or can’t eat.🙅🏼‍♀️ What really matters for fat loss is eating less calories than your body needs in a day.

HOW DOE? 🍉 By eating a variety of foods, even some ‘unhealthy’ ones! You don’t need to eat the same meals over and over again everyday. Doing so will only burn you out because you’re cravings will most likely become out of control. This is why I preach tracking macros > meal plan.

Intense cravings from a diet that’s too restrictive can be a main cause of binge eating and falling off track with your diet. I know this because most of my clients were in that never ending battle prior 😤

The best diet is the one you can stick to, and an important part of that is making sure you are incorporating foods you love!🌯

Being too restrictive early on can make it even more difficult. Stop spinning the hamster wheel, save yourself the trouble, get a good coach, and lose weight while eating food you love 💛 Often times a well balanced diet of healthy foods with small amounts of “cheat” foods will give you the best long-term results!
