One way to target your glutes better is by using a wider stance. πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Often times I’ll recommend that people start with a slightly wider stance as this will give you better hip mobility. Greater hip mobility will allow for better glue activation, leading to better muscle growthπŸ‘‰πŸ½πŸ‘

Important Tip: ✨ With a wider a stance it can be a easier for your knees to cave in at the bottom, so make sure you are pushing them out for each rep
