Dieting shouldn’t be restrictive, and you shouldn’t have to give up the foods you love to lose weight.

If you’ve never tracked macros, don’t worry! Included is my ‘Everything Guide About Tracking Macros’ Ebook, and a facebook group full of support.
Grocery list (vegetarian/vegan options as well!)
6 weeks of workouts (beginner/ advanced options)
5 day training split + cardio requirements
Minimal equipment home workouts
Super easy to follow because each exercise has video demonstration of me performing the exercise, with audio voiceover of me telling you how to perform it.
Accountability & Support
Email check-in halfway through the challenge where I go over your progress photos, weight check-ins, and make any adjustments that are needed. This is where we discuss any changes that need to be made, how the first 3 weeks have been going, and together we ensure you finish the challenge successfully!
All of the challenge girls will be in a private facebook community where I’ll be for support, Q&A’s, answering everyones questions, and ultimately providing value. Along with the support you’ll get from the other girls doing the challenge together!
